Pros

The only positive thing about working here is the decent health benefits, but even those are nowhere near good enough to justify the experience.

Cons

Pathetic pay, endless hours, crushing workloads, almost no work life balance, and hostile managers. Employees are shown absolutely no respect and are treated as if they have no value. Applying for a position at Ossium Health is nothing more than volunteering to be used as a disposable tool.

There are so many smart, talented people at Ossium. It’s clear that everyone really cares about the mission and wants to help patients in need of transplant or allograft.

The pay is quite the the salary for interns. Now I know why!

Cons

Interns, staff, and trainee get harassed in the workplace all the time! It's always been a big issue that's been constantly thrown under the rug whenever someone comes forward to complain about it! And every time someone complains about any of those in position, management will do everything they can to cover it up! Anyone interested in working here, there's only one word for you: BEWARE!!
