The best reason to work at Ossium is the fantastic People! The company is dynamic and hungry for success, which creates an exceptionally vibrant energy that is reflected in the employees. There is no end to potential growth opportunities, which allows for quick advancement within the company. Compensation is inline with standards for similar sized companies in the biotech sector.
Cons
Working at Ossium is not for the faint of heart. Every day presents challenges that, if not met, could severely disrupt the company's progress toward it's mission. Given the size of the company, everyone working here will face this pressure. Knowing that my contributions are critical to the success of the company is actually a plus in my book but I realize not everyone is wired this way.
