Thanks for sharing your feedback; I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience here at Ossium. We’ve been fortunate to bring together a group of talented, passionate people; we wouldn’t be where we are today without the broad contributions of so many employees at all levels of the organization. We’re committed to making the employee experience at Ossium one that benefits everyone who comes through our doors, even if ultimately someone ends up moving on for a role that’s a better fit.
We do hire a number of our employees fresh out of college, in true entry level jobs that don’t require five years of experience. As part of our goal to provide growth opportunities for these entry level roles, we’ve worked with team leads and managers to create clear growth plans that outline different paths employees can take as they develop and advance their careers at Ossium. We peg our pay rates to the market, though of course cash is only one aspect of compensation. One of the advantages of coming on board a fast growing startup is equity compensation, which is an important part of our compensation package, and for those who remain the potential upside is enormous.
We don’t take claims of harassment lightly, and any time a concern is brought to our attention we take the time to investigate thoroughly, uncover what occurred to the best of our ability, and take appropriate action to ensure that never happens again. If you’re aware of harassment occurring I encourage you to reach out either directly to me or to Jay (People Team leader).
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope you’ve found a role that aligns with your needs and expectations; we wish you the absolute best.
