Pros
In my full opinion I think this is a really great place to work. I've had a lot of jobs in Indy and most of them are all the same, work, work, work and burn yourself out for nothing if no the bare minimum. Ossium is completely different from the typical Midwest employment force. Ossium is a family and they truly do care about your well being and health. For the first time in my life I'm at a place where I wake up happy to go to work and i actually enjoy it. the management has been super supportive and laid back., everyone is super friendly and easy to work with and here they listen to problems if you have them and they definitely commend you for youre work
Cons
Again being completely honest I really don't have any cons for this company the way they run things and perform is astonishing and I'm super glad to be apart of this family and its mission
