Pros
Loved the remote first environment, and the people I worked with. 97% of the people you will work with on a day to day basis are passionate, knowledgeable, and collaborative. They are passionate about the cause and VR, and really want to make an impact.
Cons
Three major lay-offs in three years, CEO change and C Suite leaving with no replacing, loss of transparency between the C Suite and the employees. Leadership needs major work to be done to regain the trust. CEO wearing large diamond jewelry while also telling everybody to pull themselves up by their bootstraps is a bit tone deaf. Unless you are one of the OG employees, don't expect to stay here longer than a few years, and very limited opportunities for promotion or pivoting in your role.
