Pros

401k I suppose but not many

Cons

I implore every twenty something who is considering this job to take a deep breath and rethink your decision. The management for Ready Now are the worst managers I’ve ever had. They do nothing for you, provide no support, lie to your face, and promise all of these great things and deliver on none of them. They will constantly be looking for a reason to fire you. In addition, you will work with no young people. Once you’re deployed you’ll be on a team of ALL boomers and 50somethings with kids and you’ll have nothing in common with the people you work with on a daily basis. If you are young and appreciate having a good working relationship with your peers, you won’t find that here.. They created this Ready Now program NOT to help young people grow their careers in pharma as they state... they created it to help their bottom line. They pay you ZERO commissions on any scripts, and significantly less salary than all the old baby boomers you’ll be working with. While you sit on dozens of zoom calls where they explain all the bonuses they’re getting you are not eligible for any of them. DONT DO IT.

Pros

I've been a full-time employee for about three months after converting to an FTE role, and I don't regret the decision one bit. The company culture is outstanding, and it's clear that leadership genuinely cares about the success and development of its employees. There are plenty of opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement. The people are supportive, collaborative, and invested in helping one another succeed. It's a place where you feel valued and encouraged to do your best work.

Cons

The company has been somewhat slower than some competitors in embracing AI and driving AI-related innovation, although meaningful progress is being made. Change can also take time, particularly among more tenured employees who are accustomed to established ways of working. That said, the growing mix of experienced employees and newer talent is helping accelerate positive change and bring fresh perspectives.
