Pros

They gave you free snacks and City BBQ. I met some really great people there.

Cons

Leadership was pretty much red-pill bros who were extremely disrespectful to my team and the women who worked there. They were verbally and emotionally abusive and only cared about the clients and installing waterfalls in their homes.

Pros

Some groups are very specialized and highly skilled There are some teams that care deeply about their clients and deliver really high performance Remote work Summer Fridays

Cons

The company has grown extremely fast but is not keeping standards up across the organization. It is clear that the quality of work and level of expertise varies significantly based on which team you are on. Some processes are built around certain offices or teams but don't consider the full organization. There is very limited engagement for culture events.
