Pros

The people are fantastic. No matter what your role, the team is always willing to work together and help each other out. The atmosphere is casual and laid back, which makes it conducive to productivity. There's definitely room for growth and you can move up quickly if you're committed to the work.

Cons

Can't really think of any. If anything, I would say that more streamlined employee training would be beneficial. But again, the team is so willing to help each other out that you can always find answers to your questions.

Pros

Some groups are very specialized and highly skilled There are some teams that care deeply about their clients and deliver really high performance Remote work Summer Fridays

Cons

The company has grown extremely fast but is not keeping standards up across the organization. It is clear that the quality of work and level of expertise varies significantly based on which team you are on. Some processes are built around certain offices or teams but don't consider the full organization. There is very limited engagement for culture events.
