Pros
What makes OuterBox a great place to work? It's people, for one thing. Everyone, including the top leadership, gets along very well and works great together. I never hear complaining or infighting or even gossip. Every department I have interacted with is super helpful, especially when you are just starting out. Even working remotely this last year due to COVID I still feel connected to my co-workers and the company culture is great. The executive leadership is very proactive and responsive in making sure you have a good work/life balance and that your work needs are cared for. In my time here, I have personally seen how much the CEOs sincerely care about their employees. I don't feel some of the negative reviews that I see here are an accurate representation. Another great thing about working here is the flexible work schedule and generous PTO. There are a bunch of other perks and incentives. The bottom line is that it is a great place to work with competitive compensation and an opportunity for growth and development in digital marketing.
