Pros
There are fantastic people here who are willing to train you and answer questions. Several remote work positions exist and management doesn't have an issue with employees working remotely. No one wants or needs to stand over you because you are treated as an adult and are expected to get your work done on time. If you have suggestions for improving processes you are taken seriously. The "this is how we've always done it and how we will continue to do it" mentality doesn't exist here. Overall it's a great place to work! I feel appreciated, have learned a ton more about SEO and I'm able to use my previous IT experience in my role.
Cons
Not really a con, but you need to be comfortable asking for help. If a task is taking significantly longer than it should, don't just "hunker down" and get it done. ASK FOR HELP. Odds are you are doing it wrong and 5 minutes of guidance will save you hours of work. This doesn't just apply to OuterBox, it applies everywhere.
