Pros
I have worked at a handful of other digital marketing agencies in the past. OuterBox is hands down the best place I have ever worked. I have met some incredible, talented people who are a privilege to work with, and many have become good friends. In my experience, coworkers can make or break a place of work. At OuterBox, I have always found coworkers that are mentors, supporters, helpers, hard workers, and who enjoyed life. If you can effectively manage your time and know your limitations, OuterBox gives its employees a great deal of freedom to make their schedule with flex time, remote work, and much more. If you complete your work and do it well, the rest of your life is yours to command. In terms of leadership, I believe the owners have always strived to do good for their employees. They care about the people who work for them. I, at least, can speak to the truth of that claim. If you have a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and a desire to challenge yourself, OuterBox is a place you can grow, learn, and prosper. I can't say enough good things about the people, the leaders, and the mission of OuterBox.
Cons
Like all places of work, OuterBox is not perfect. We have had many challenges in the past, and, as it is in the nature of most things, there will be challenges in the future. OuterBox and the people that work there have always found a way to try and overcome these difficulties. In my experience, OuterBox can be a stressful and demanding place to work, especially if carefully managing your time and knowing your limitations is not your strong suit. Many people can often get overwhelmed by their work. However, those who are honest about the difficulties they experience will find coworkers and owners who want to help. If you're honest and desirous to learn, I have seen many of the people I work with: patient, kind, and caring whenever I have made mistakes or struggled with my life/work balance. OuterBox is a place that requires constant learning and self-improvement. It can be challenging and sometimes chaotic, but I have always felt that we are constantly seeking to improve our internal processes, our team, and our work. It can be a struggle sometimes but give OuterBox a try, and I think you'll find that its pros far exceeded its cons which, I have found, to be very few and far between.
