Pros
OuterBox has to be one of the best places I've ever worked. They have a natural "company culture" which they actively work to build and improve. - Positive atmosphere - Team building that's actually fun (lately we've had flag football & a book club) - Inclusive of remote employees (you don't get isolated when working remotely) - Extremely supportive management team - Good benefits - No BS - Actively work to improve processes - Keep us informed of changes - Very focused on clients' success - You can set a flexible schedule (good for parents) - I've seen several examples where they supported people during a life change - If you express a desire to get promoted, they'll help you get the training you need
Cons
TBH I don't have many cons to list. Sometimes it gets busy and you have to work hard, but they actively work to hire more staff when that happens. This is not a place where you have to work nights or weekends, and the boss won't call you at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon.
