Pros
Outerbox has a great group of talented, hard-working employees. Over the last two years the company has made great strides in bringing more work in-house and hiring local talent, rather than outsourcing work, which was falsely mentioned in a previous review. The management team is very approachable and hands-on when needed. They listen to their employees, and as a result are currently implementing a more comprehensive benefits package. Some managers just make empty promises, but these guys are following through on their word. The clients are great, and as an employee I am able to grow my skill set because Outerbox is always looking to stay ahead of technology.
Cons
As with any small company, there have been bumps in the road and periods of employee turnover. Thankfully Justin & Nick learn from past mistakes and continue to work toward a better future for the company, the staff and the clients.
