Cons

- Being a virtual employee, sometimes it may take hours for someone to respond to an urgent message or task - The wide range of clients can create gaps in the quality of work that we do based on our understanding of the industry - The work platform we use goes down often, which burns the time we have to complete tasks

Some groups are very specialized and highly skilled There are some teams that care deeply about their clients and deliver really high performance Remote work Summer Fridays

The company has grown extremely fast but is not keeping standards up across the organization. It is clear that the quality of work and level of expertise varies significantly based on which team you are on. Some processes are built around certain offices or teams but don't consider the full organization. There is very limited engagement for culture events.
