Pros

Wide range of clients to learn from. Great place to get skills for a better job afterwards. If you are a man, you'll succeed here, but only if you don't mind stepping on toes and stabbing backs along the way.

Cons

Management has no clue how to successfully manage people or run an actual business. Men are given way more opportunities than women, and men are paid more for doing less. No diversity at all. They are never properly staffed and keep taking clients even when they have nobody to work on them. You will be exhausted if you work here from being overloaded with clients, underpaid, underappreciated, and given no help at all. If you are interviewing literally anywhere else, focus on those places instead. The other negative reviews are spot on. Management has tried to improve things, but they clearly have no idea what they are doing. They gain clients faster than they lose them, which makes it seem like they are a successful and growing company. No. Management is just working people to their breaking point in order to increase their revenue. They don't have to fire people when they lose a client because they will just give strategists two clients to replace the one they lost. Clients and revenue go up, but so do strategist stress levels and employee turnover. It is almost like they have been accidentally successful for 20 years on the backs of underappreciated people. As a woman, you won't be given leadership opportunity unless you threaten to quit. In general, you won't be given a meaningful raise unless you threaten to quit or unless someone else quit and they are afraid others might as well.

Pros

Some groups are very specialized and highly skilled There are some teams that care deeply about their clients and deliver really high performance Remote work Summer Fridays

Cons

The company has grown extremely fast but is not keeping standards up across the organization. It is clear that the quality of work and level of expertise varies significantly based on which team you are on. Some processes are built around certain offices or teams but don't consider the full organization. There is very limited engagement for culture events.
