Pros

This is a fast-paced environment You do learn a lot You work with a variety of accounts

Cons

- NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE - Mental Health? Forget about it. - You're overloaded with accounts - Management doesn't care how many accounts they give you and choose to focus on your health and interaction reporting with clients over the job getting done - At least 3-5 meetings a day with either clients, internal prep meetings, internal meetings that could have been an email - which essentially leaves you with NO time to do the actual work you're having meetings about - They use click-up (which is THE WORST project management platform) - The company recently acquired another company last year, yet they still treat OuterBox people better (more specifically, monetarily) - Management thinks that by giving their staff these treats every now and then it's a good enough distraction from how miserable everyone is with the amount of work they have to do. - I left late last year and I only RECENTLY got over the trauma of working there. Long-story short - get your experience if you're willing to put up with this and RUN for the hills.

Pros

Some groups are very specialized and highly skilled There are some teams that care deeply about their clients and deliver really high performance Remote work Summer Fridays

Cons

The company has grown extremely fast but is not keeping standards up across the organization. It is clear that the quality of work and level of expertise varies significantly based on which team you are on. Some processes are built around certain offices or teams but don't consider the full organization. There is very limited engagement for culture events.
