Pros
Having worked at Outform for nearly 10 years, I can honestly say that every day is a new day filled with exciting challenges and achievements (Who wants every day to be the same right ?). Surrounded by some of the most hard working people I have ever met, from CEO and Management down to our office cleaners, every person truly counts. Having fantastic Creative and Production team's who consistently thrive on pushing the boundaries with daring project executions provides great job satisfaction for all involved. I have had many many good fun times at Outform both work and personally and can honestly say regardless of global location, I have met and made friends for life.
Cons
Struggle to think of any downsides other then not seeing colleagues across the global more often, other than video calling.
