Pros
The product is good - hard to argue with that. Also still a good amount of hardworking people across the company.
Cons
Leadership is horrible. C-level down through VPs and mid-management, it's all quite bad. Unattainable goals being set, classic 'hustle culture' after two rounds of layoffs, out-of-touch company emails from the CEO every Friday, Sales being unable to attain any quota at all. Benefits being stripped, no real clear path for growth (especially now with all merit on hold). Systems across the company are HORRIBLE. SFDC hygiene is the worst I've ever seen, our entire CPQ/Billing system feels like it's from the 1990's, and our revenue operations team is so burnt out/defeated that there aren't really any resources to help fix/improve them. Product strategy changes literally every year, and enablement is almost non-existant. I'm not sure how we expect sales to hit gaudy numbers when we're having to pivot our sales strategy every year (4 different iterations of pricing/packaging in 4 years)
