      Pros

      Good Benefits, good people. Not nearly as stressful as my previous jobs. Parent company interested in substantially developing technology.

      Cons

      Significant prior deferred maintenance and underinvestment in IT across the board. Working on correcting that now, but there is a lot of work to be done to get where we need to be.

      Pros

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
