Pros
Local management does a good job trying to make things seem like a family and setting expectations.
Cons
OSI is owned by EXL Services which is based out of India. Duplication of work is everywhere and the lack of communication until things are an emergency are out of control. There does not seem to be a good management team in place at the parent company.
