I had to leave the company after management decided to go from billable hours to near minimum wage plus incentives. They are trying to stream line the pay across the board. Time and loyalty to the company does not hardly increase your rate. I was maxed out at the hourly rate and it was poor. No room to advance as management has it easy and won't leave.
