      Pros

      I work from home and make my own schedule. I can work around appointments, children's activities, and my own personal health regiment. Also, I get to travel for work all over the country. The organization really does care about us, and the culture is progressive. Those are just some of the reasons I love working for Overland Solutions.

      Cons

      Sometimes I don't have enough inventory and have to request trips to other locations to increase my workload.

      Pros

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
