      The flexibility, the culture, everyone I have worked with has been very welcoming. The travel and learning is constant

      the pay...is a work in progress. Can feel very secluded at times when working remotely.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
