      If you are not good with deadlines, there are weekly and monthly. Sometimes not enough IT information given, you have to research on your own.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
