Senior field auditor, worked for this company 22 years - Senior Auditor Overland Solutions Employee Review

In the last 3 years management made a decision to clandestinely age descriminate and force out their high earning senior field reps, they did so by revising the pay scale and paying senior auditors the same as new trainees, this resulted in some of us taking a 40-45% pay cut, I am sure their attorneys structured this new pay plan to thin out the herd without legal repercussions, -Shame on them!!!
