      Set your own appointments with no micro-managing.

      Cons

      If you get a mentor that is planning to leave the company, it's hard to get the manager to assign you someone else. That's really on the manager and not the company.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
