      they send you on work trips around the US, they give you an opportunity to perform a wide variety of audits on different types of companies and policies

      as a 3rd party outsourcing service, the opportunities for advancement within the company are basically limited to managing other premium auditors

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
