      Flexible scheduling, never the same day twice, meeting and building relationships with new insured's, great job resources, knowledgeable staff.

      Lack of sick days, low amount of vacation, no merit pay increases.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
