      Great management, full benefits, solid company. They truly care about their employees. Lots of remote opportunities as well where you can work from home.

      Cons

      Hourly vs. Salary. Pay could be more. Workload can be hectic at times due to not enough hired staff.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
