Pros
A premium auditor position at OSLI is a great job for a self-starter who is able to schedule and complete work without having a boss looking over his or her shoulder. Pay is enhanced based on employee's ability to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness goals. Field auditor is able to travel and meet with business owners in many different fields. Pay and advancement are based on performance.
Cons
A lack of vacation time, 1 week for a new employee, is not adequate for someone with a family. Inventory is sent with the expectation that an employee will independently complete the work. This could be a negative for someone who needs the boss breathing down their neck in order to be productive.
