Oversight has grown past many of the issues that startups face, but is still small enough to be agile. The biggest advantage of being here is being part of a winning team that is going to keep on winning for the foreseeable future. Compensation is in line with this industry and geography. There is a 401K match, and overall benefits are getting better, while in many other companies in the area they are only getting worse.
