The work environment is supportive and the pay is more than fair. Onboarding is thorough and efficient. Ability to work from home or in office.

Smart and dedicated team. The only company in my career that people are actually trying to be helpful and get things moving.

Poor and inexperienced leadership. The leadership team needs to understand they are not Elon Musk. Setting unrealistic expectations is fine but when people are putting in 12 hours of work each day fixing a broken system and still faced with criticism each day is not really motivating. Used to be a Great Small American Company. Now it's just a Small Company.
