The culture of OwnLocal is enviable. The people here are some of the best around. Everyone is passionate about our joint mission and work incredibly hard to accomplish our end goal. Every single person here works hard and has a great time while doing it. I want to work harder, perform better, and stay longer because the desire for achieving excellence radiates. We also genuinely enjoy each other. There's not a single person here I wouldn't want to hang out with after work. We eat lunch with everyone, everyday and are constantly hosting team building activities and events. The culture that was created is also protected.
