Nothing at all. Do not work here

Cons

the managers here are the worst. If you don’t get a good review they will cut your hours and give you 1 table. How can you make money with one table? Also they will fire you if you come in drunk or high but there is this one lady in there that comes in high every day and they know it. But she gets whatever she wants. They have favorites and if you are not on that list they will treat you like crap.corporate is not helpful.

The pay is good, above market.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership makes it hard for us to do our jobs. Last minute rollouts with zero time to prepare the team. You sell your life away to the company at my position, your “off” time is not cared for. You are expected to reply to emails on vacation and track labor. Market partners are out of touch with today’s times and work life balance is nonexistent to this company. We grid all year working for our end of year bonus, that we are constantly being reminded about, only to be told the month we are to get it that we are not. 2024 bonus=“we will pay you in installments” 2025 bonus= “we don’t have the money” Red flags all around.
