Pros
Good benefits, fun company events, overall smart and friendly coworkers.
Cons
I was part of the marketing group and will only speak about this group in particular. Unfortunately, the company is using big words like "digital transformation", but is not actually investing in it. The marketing leadership does not understand digital, especially the latest trends. The company, like most casual dining groups, has been struggling over the past few years to engage and retain a younger audience, and digital will be vital in order to stay relevant. Restaurant groups are now playing in the same space as the Uber Eats and Grubhubs of the world, tech companies who have embraced digital and making the most of it. Since the company is up for sale as of June 2018, one can only hope the buyer will be fully onboard with digital strategy.
