Pros
Really the only thing I liked we're the flexible hours. The pay was alright. Some of the people are cool.
Cons
The one I work at has a terrible work environment. No one is happy. Everyone gossips about each other(including the managers). Management clearly has favorites. Everyone is held to a different standard. One employee was known for not doing her job and calling out all the time. When she called out you would become the problem for not agreeing to cover her or close for her. I injured myself and I felt like I was constantly looked down upon. I have provided notes to them to prove my status. I would have been willing to learn a new position, but they don't seem interested in doing that. Honestly could not see working more than the 1-2 shifts I work a week.
