Pros
Beautiful restaurant, Great food, group "family meals" ever shift, High Bills..which means higher tips. usually..)
Cons
Management was too harsh and micromanaged too much. Wouldn't allow for time off, sick or otherwise. (I had to show for my shift after a family death and after going into anaphylactic shock.) No Praise on a job well done, but nothing but a write-up if you do something wrong. They dont coach you, they just discipline you. And You have to have 2 years serving experience to work there. But they let you move up from host or table tender.. after a year or so, or when they determine you ready.
