Pros
P.F. Changs is always busy which means you have the ability to make good money. After a year of servce you are eligible for company benefits as long as you maintain a 20 hour work week. The insurance benefits give you 3 different plans to choose from and the premiums are reasonable.
Cons
There is a revolving door of unqualified management. Even after staff expresses their concerns to upper management, nothing ever changes. There is very little pride taken in the upkeep of store. Managers are more concerned with hitting their bonus numbers. We often go weeks/months without the things we need to do our jobs. Tea pots, spoons, properly stocked bar, towels to clean..etc. The working environment is below average and not everyone is treated fairly when it comes to following policy and procedures.
