The money was about my only positive while working at PJ Fitzpatrick.

Just about everything else. I would not recommend this company to friends or family, either as an employer or for home improvement work. In my experience, management's lack of expertise contributed to frequent issues on customer jobs. I was also instructed to avoid directly addressing certain contractual questions from customers, which made me uncomfortable. My experience in the Harrisburg office was extremely negative. After raising concerns over several weeks about our new manager and what I believed were operational issues, I was placed on two final written warnings for performance and behavior. At the time, I was ranked in the top 10 bath sales representatives in the company and had recently been selected for the company's early management programs. In my opinion, the concerns were not addressed appropriately, or really at all, and the disciplinary action felt inconsistent with my performance and attitude.
