Pros
It really has a good projects to work on with short term onsite opportunities Every season celebration like for summer distributing ice-creams, for winter and rainy tea and snack celebrations Gifts for some occassions like christmas, women's day, diwali etc Lunch during Diwali festival etc
Cons
1. No hybrid policy (4 days wfo, 1 day wfo) eventually will not be wfh 2. No consideration for wfh when there is genuine need and work is manageable from home but forcefully require to apply leave. So when the leave is needed you run out of the leaves 3. No travel facility . It was asked before but too much expensive 4. Policies are changing frequently but not in the favour of employee. It reduces the productivity. 5. Leave policies.
