Pros

I can keep on talking about the Pros of PBS forever. But, I think the best way to describe PBS is "it's a true School of Engineering". The people that you deal with everyday are very generous with all the knowledge that they gift you with on a daily bases. That mentality is taken from the president of the company himself. if you ask him a question, he will humbly sit down and explain to you whatever you need to overcome your challenge. A true mentor. Also, PBS is a true family Driven Company. As soon as you get to meet with any one of them you will feel the family bond atmosphere at once. you can ask any question at PBS and you will get an answer no matter how silly the question is. the boss always says "there is never a silly question".

Cons

PBS never gives up on her employees ever even if they are a hopeless case.

Pros

Knowledge sharing is abundant. Tools, networks, peers, and seniors are helpful in advancing your skills as a designer.

Cons

Uneven distribution of work loads. Some designers lead multiple projects while doing their own production, making it hard to maintain work-life balance most times of the year. Others have plenty of downtime.
