      Pros

      Company has been around a long time and has many locations therefore there is ample opportunity to relocate to a more desirable part of the country or abroad. Pay is decent depending on area.

      Cons

      Stress organization, yet very unorganized. Stress caring about employees yet hard to get positive or timely results. Communication is very lacking until time for employee anonymous surveys. Open door policy is a joke.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      Cons

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
