Pros

You'll have a job. But you will in my experiance feel like your just a number. Most all the employees I meet their were very good people but are stressed and never look happy.

Cons

Very very bad company to work for. I worked their for a very short time..... First off their training is very less than satisfactory. Your thrown to the wolves. Your moved around daily which is fine but not long enough to learn anything. Evrytime you move you have very limited time to catch on to anything as every time your moved around. While your watching and paying attention to try and learn their process your looked at as standing around and exspected to push a broom around. Not a problem to push a broom around. But if your trying to learn, how are you gonna learn anything from cleaning house. As I was working in an assigned area I had an issue with a piece if equipment. I asked a supervisor to help with my issue. The supervisor had no clue on how to remedy the problem I had with the machine. All he did was complain about how we need to keep going. Made it thru that day. Following week moved to another area and learn another area of company. Even worse... Understaffed for the work. The equipment does not work properly and they expect you to keep up. I could go on and on. I just feel it good to warn anyone if they want to try working for them... seriously I'd try and find another company
