Pros
The starting pay offered to me was at the mid level scale for someone with a Masters Degree. Ok
Cons
The corporate headquarters management team was very negative toward all employees of color. No one was allowed to advance or even consider going to another team. Also they would rather get you off the payroll than consider a annual review and raise.
