Worked there 18 yrs until they shut down plant - Anonymous employee PCA Employee Review

Lots of overtime and gotta beg to get more money and they keep expecting more work out of you but dnt wanna pay and then come in one day and say sorry to inform you that were closing your plant down but you can go to the union plant and lose your 4 weeks vacation a year and make $5.00 less an hour to start all over again. So that's the thanks you get for being dedicated to a corporation for 18 years. You decide do you want to work for a company that don't care for you and then stab you in the back
