      Workers on the floor are good people just trying to %⁶ý/%%

      Cons

      Front office doesn't know what they are doing. People like me would never get the opportunity. Seems like have to know someone or be "with" them. Not family oriented. They like to hand out points for the stupidest things like they try to fire people or point them out for things thatre riculius. Lots of people walking out.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
