      Pros

      Great company and huge opportunities. Multiple box plants to sell from and growth is endless. Management seems to be a little old fashion but seems like they are aging out with fresh young energetic mangers coming in. Benefits are great and employees get along well.

      Cons

      Not many that come to mind. Some sales manager need to get with the times.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
