Pros

Pay, 401k, there's always jobs available for a shift change or advancement due to high employee turnover.

Cons

I and many others had to put ourselves into danger by ignoring and bypassing the safety light curtain. We would then get inside the machine while it was running to stick our hands into moving belts for entire 8-12 shifts sometimes. It was called "hand-straightening" and was pretty popular back then. The facility has also always seemed to purposely be short staffed to get bigger bonuses and to avoid higher turnover rates. Kinda crazy how you can go six months and still not have a position filled and just expect the employees to put extra work in. It's also kind of crazy to have trust in anything management does when they are the same people that encouraged you to work unsafe in the past. Many in management are incredibly disrespectful as well. Good luck working here, HR has been a revolving door in recent time.
