      The pay is the only thing good

      Cons

      Sexual harassment is swept under the rug. If you ask for help or make suggestions to make everyday tasks more efficient you are punished. Management is racist. The human resources clerk bullies hourly employees.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
