      Great Pay, Hours are good depending on shift.

      - Poor management. - Management hates when asked questions during meetings, though insist on feedback. - Supervisors have their favorites. - HR lacks professionalism. - D-R-A-M-A - Mandatory 12 hour shift - dependent upon call offs/vacation & work needs.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
